Based in Dubai, this full-time, on-site role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with over 5 years of factory management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall factory operations, including staff management, factory premises, and production lines

• Minimize downtime and ensure smooth production workflow

• Implement Lean Manufacturing practices and cost optimization strategies

• Maintain compliance with FDA, ISO, and related regulatory standards

• Oversee equipment efficiency and create maintenance protocols

• Ensure factory teams adhere to regular equipment maintenance schedules

• Prepare and analyze production reports for strategic meetings and decision-making

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager

• Background in the medical devices industry is preferred

• Strong leadership, data analysis, and process optimization skills
