InZone is actively hiring an experienced Banking Manager to lead its banking operations in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for professionals with a strong background in financial services and branch management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily banking operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch & Operations Management: Supervise daily banking operations while ensuring process efficiency, security, and adherence to regulatory compliance.

• Business Development: Implement strategies to expand the customer base, increase deposits, and promote financial services.

• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships by addressing their banking needs with tailored solutions.

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve financial goals through effective promotion of loans, investment products, and credit facilities.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with all banking regulations and internal risk policies.

• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of banking professionals to meet service and performance goals.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Monitor branch performance, analyze financial data, and prepare periodic reports for senior leadership.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to elevate service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Sales, or a related field.

• At least 7+ years of experience in a similar managerial role within a bank or corporate service provider.

• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

• Proven ability to drive business growth and meet financial targets.

• Analytical acumen and financial reporting proficiency.
