Customer Success Manager (Full-Time | UAE-Based)

At Slice, we’re reimagining real estate investing—and we need a Customer Success Manager who’s just as forward-thinking. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences, from onboarding to long-term relationship management. Your mission: to ensure our users feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow with us.

Your Role at a Glance:

  • Be the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

  • Understand customer goals and help them realize the full value of Slice’s platform.

  • Monitor client engagement and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and upselling.

  • Deliver training, resources, and support to help customers invest with confidence.

  • Advocate for the customer—gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements.

  • Partner with sales, product, and support to ensure a seamless and high-impact customer journey.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role—ideally within FinTech or a consumer app environment.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A customer-centric approach with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer engagement tools.

  • An analytical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to change.

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
