Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Senior Finance Executive to lead our financial operations and drive strategic financial planning in alignment with company objectives. This UAE-based role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.

• Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation of accurate, timely financial reports while ensuring legal compliance.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Design comprehensive annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with top leadership.

• Cash Flow Oversight: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial health and operational liquidity.

• Risk Management: Proactively assess and mitigate financial and operational risks.

• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, and international accounting standards.

• System Optimization: Improve financial processes, controls, and internal systems for efficiency.

• Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, nurturing high performance and professional development.

• Stakeholder Communication: Present financial strategies, performance reports, and insights to senior stakeholders and board members.

• M&A Activities: Lead financial due diligence and support integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: 7+ years in financial management; 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CFO, Finance Director).

• Certifications (Preferred): CFA, CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA.

• Expertise: Strong command of UAE-specific financial laws, VAT, and accounting regulations.

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5–10 years
