🎯 Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and well-connected Business Development Executive with extensive experience in the UAE’s interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, proactive in approach, and capable of expanding the company’s footprint across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE interior fit-out market.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project briefings independently.

• Prepare and present professional proposals, sales quotations, and marketing materials.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure seamless handovers.

• Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.

• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client engagements on behalf of the company.

• Report sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the UAE interior fit-out industry.

• Strong client network and in-depth knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out landscape.

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
