📌 Job Description

We are seeking UAE Nationals with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join the customer service team. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring excellent customer experiences across email, phone, and social media platforms.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, complaints, feedback, and suggestions across various channels (email, phone, social platforms).

• Make reservations for B2B and B2C clients, understanding their specific requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to boost online feedback and customer loyalty.

• Take full ownership of customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution.
