Charterhouse Middle East is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding Technology & IT Division. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of 360-recruitment experience and a strong background in Technology/IT sectors such as Software Engineering, IT, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Gaming, Infrastructure, or Telecommunications. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the GCC recruitment market and have the ability to source candidates, engage stakeholders, and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates and market map within the Technology/IT sector

• Deal with stakeholders and assist in business development

• Generate new business opportunities while working with existing clients

• Understand the technical and non-technical requirements within the Technology/IT sectors

• Make placements within Software Engineering, IT, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Gaming, Infrastructure, or Telecommunications

• Work in a consultative and ethical manner, delivering value to both clients and candidates

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a 360-recruitment role, preferably in Technology/IT sectors

• Experience within the GCC recruitment market

• Strong knowledge of various Technology/IT fields (Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, etc.)

• Ability to generate new business and manage client relationships

• Entrepreneurial, driven, and innovative approach

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
