🖌️ Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Architect / Architectural Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring design expertise and attention to detail to develop innovative architectural solutions, from concept through execution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process across various architectural projects—from initial concepts to final execution.

• Collaborate with clients to understand project objectives, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences.

• Create high-quality architectural plans, 3D models, and technical drawings using CAD and other relevant design tools.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.

• Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.

• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (B.Arch / B.Tech).

• 1–4 years of proven experience in architectural design or interior architecture.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or other architectural design tools.

• Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Portfolio showcasing design work is a strong advantage.

• Certification in sustainable design or BIM is a plus.
