🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Senior Planning Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in scheduling, reporting, and coordination with proficiency in Primavera P6 and TILOS. This position requires solid exposure to both infrastructure and building projects.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare baseline programs loaded with resources, cost, and weightage.

• Track and monitor project timelines; update schedules and generate reports (weekly/monthly).

• Develop and issue daily, weekly, and monthly look-ahead schedules and targets.

• Prepare cash flow and resource forecasts on a quarterly basis.

• Perform delay analysis, submit EOT claims, and prepare relevant notices.

• Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines.

• Lead and conduct internal and external planning review meetings.

• Guide and mentor junior planners; ensure planning deliverables are met.

• Ensure close coordination with engineering, procurement, and site teams for accurate schedule integration.

📚 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 5–6 years of planning and scheduling experience within the construction sector.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6; working knowledge of TILOS is a strong advantage.

• Experience in both large-scale infrastructure and building projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• AED 9,000 to 18,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
