DP World, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, is hiring a Global Senior Manager – Key Account Management (Perishables) to lead and grow client relationships within the perishable goods sector. This strategic role focuses on client retention, account expansion, and delivering tailored logistics solutions across multiple industries, including produce, seafood, dairy, and meat. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in food logistics and a proven track record in global key account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong relationships with global key clients

• Act as a primary point of contact and advocate within the organization

• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities and cross-selling tailored logistics services

• Create strategic account plans aligning with client goals and company offerings

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, service-level agreements, and performance KPIs

• Manage contract renewals, retention strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Promote value-added services such as packing stations, cold storage, and distribution

• Oversee a high-performing global team aligned with DP World’s values and objectives

Specialized Focus Areas:

• Perishable logistics for seafood, meat, dairy, pastry, and fresh produce

• Fulfillment solutions for e-commerce, QSRs, and retail distribution

• Refrigerated transport across ocean, air, and land

• Development of cold storage, packing stations, and short sea loops

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred)

• 12+ years of experience in food logistics or agro-food supply chain management

• Industry knowledge of produce, seafood, proteins, dairy, and QSR sectors

• Experience with cold chain operations and refrigerated transportation

• Proven success in global key account management, client growth, and solution design

• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools, logistics platforms, and KPI reporting systems

• Willingness to travel internationally
