We are urgently hiring Nurse Assistants across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman to support patient care services in both home healthcare and clinical settings. 🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily hygiene and grooming activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

• Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature) and promptly report changes to nursing staff.

• Support mobility by helping patients walk, reposition, and transfer safely to prevent injuries.

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in patient areas and workspaces.

• Document observations and care activities accurately for continuity and compliance.

• Provide emotional support to patients, promoting mental and emotional wellness.

• Help patients with feeding and hydration, ensuring proper nutritional intake.

• Participate in care team discussions to enhance overall patient care outcomes.

• Prepare and sanitize medical tools and supplies as required.

• Strictly follow patient confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and health regulations.

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Education: Secondary School Certificate minimum; Nurse Assistant certification preferred.

• Experience: 0–6 years; clinical or home care experience is highly valued.

• Skills: Basic medical equipment usage, observation skills, empathy, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication.

• Physical Readiness: Must be able to lift, move, and assist patients safely and comfortably.
