Position Overview:

We are hiring a seasoned Cutover Manager to lead the planning and execution of cutover activities for a Coupa Greenfield Implementation within a large enterprise environment. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with deep experience in ERP/SaaS deployment, procurement systems, and enterprise-level transformation programs. Based in Dubai, the position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth go-live and post-implementation support phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the cutover strategy, ensuring all project tasks, dependencies, and milestones are well defined and achievable.

• Plan and lead dress rehearsals (mock cutovers) to validate readiness and proactively identify potential issues.

• Coordinate closely with IT teams, business units, third-party vendors, and system integrators for seamless execution.

• Manage risks and ensure robust mitigation strategies to prevent disruption to business operations.

• Define and monitor go-live readiness criteria and lead the hypercare support phase post-implementation.

• Deliver regular updates and progress reports to project leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and ERP deployment best practices throughout the cutover lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8–14 years of experience in cutover management and ERP/SaaS implementations.

• Proven expertise in Coupa Greenfield Implementations, especially in procurement and finance domains.

• Experience creating and executing cutover playbooks, runbooks, and command centres.

• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficient in project tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
