Blockchain Developer – Full-Time (UAE-Based)

Position Summary:
Al Wadyat Financing Broker Co. is seeking a talented and motivated Blockchain Developer to join our innovative tech team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge blockchain solutions into our web platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and decentralized systems that power the next generation of fintech and Web3 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, and other EVM-compatible blockchains.

• Integrate blockchain features such as wallet connections and NFT functionalities into web applications.

• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless blockchain integration.

• Follow industry best practices to ensure security and efficiency in smart contract development.

• Optimize blockchain transactions for performance and scalability.

• Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain and Web3 technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.

• Deep understanding of Ethereum, smart contracts, and EVM-compatible blockchains.

• Proficiency in Solidity, web3.js, and ethers.js.

• Experience working with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).

• Familiar with wallet integrations such as MetaMask and WalletConnect.

• Strong grasp of blockchain security practices and optimization strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building Decentralized Applications (dApps).

• Knowledge of DAOs and decentralized identity frameworks.

• Understanding of tokenomics and blockchain governance models.

• Background in blockchain-based gaming, Metaverse, or NFT ecosystems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A genuine passion for blockchain technology and decentralized systems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Blockchain Development, or a related field.

• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
