Miral Experiences is hiring a Stage Manager to lead and oversee live entertainment productions within its parks in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is crucial in maintaining the quality and consistency of theatrical performances, ensuring artistic excellence, safety, and team coordination across various entertainment offerings.

As a Stage Manager, you will be responsible for supervising performers, assistant stage managers, animators, and stagehands while coordinating rehearsals, managing backstage logistics, and ensuring smooth daily show operations. You will also take a lead role in show planning, staff training, performance maintenance, and equipment procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily performances, rehearsals, and backstage activities

• Supervise cast, crew, and technical teams; manage schedules and assignments

• Maintain prompt scripts, cue sheets, and production checklists

• Provide constructive show notes and lead performance improvement efforts

• Coordinate with technical teams for timely maintenance and repairs

• Lead team meetings, performer briefings, and supplier communications

• Participate in auditions, hiring, and training of staff and stagehands

• Handle special events, new productions, and department-wide planning

• Monitor operational budgets and manage equipment inventory

Job Essentials:

• Higher secondary education or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of stage management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency in show documentation (scripts, cue sheets, reports)

• Computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Fluent in English

Job Desirables:

• Bachelor’s degree in performing arts or related field (specializing in stage management preferred)

• 4+ years of stage management experience or 3+ years in a theme park environment

• Technical background in lighting, sound, projection, or rigging

• Familiarity with video editing, music, and various performing arts disciplines (dance, drama, acrobatics, etc.)
