Univive is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead the international student recruitment efforts across the MENA region. The role focuses on strategic planning, partnership management, and driving student enrolments. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the education landscape in MENA and possess strong relationship-building and strategic skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for expanding Univive’s student recruitment network across the UAE and MENA region.

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.

• Build partnerships with schools, universities, agents, and educational institutions.

• Design and implement regional marketing and sales strategies for student recruitment.

• Represent Univive at educational fairs, networking events, and student sessions.

• Lead targeted recruitment initiatives and manage inquiries through CRM tools.

• Organise webinars, seminars, and orientation programs for prospective students.

• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to improve student experience.

• Provide regular performance reports and monitor key metrics such as enrolment rates and partner performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or Education (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or student recruitment within the MENA region.

• Strong familiarity with regional education systems, visa processes, and higher education pathways.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Willingness to travel within the UAE and neighboring countries.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
