Cognita Schools is seeking a Brand Executive to join their Marketing team in Dubai. The role focuses on driving brand consistency across digital, print, PR, and offline platforms. The successful candidate will assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all communication reflects each school’s unique value proposition. This position involves managing marketing activities, supporting content creation, coordinating events, and liaising with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and offline platforms.

• Coordinate marketing activities, ensuring timely and accurate briefs for design, brand, and social media teams.

• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand guidelines and key messaging.

• Support the Brand Manager with the analysis and reporting of campaign performance.

• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and conduct regular branding audits.

• Proofread and edit press releases, website content, and marketing collateral for clarity and brand alignment.

• Assist in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including emailers, PR, and offline content.

• Develop event collateral, signage, and branding for school events and community engagement.

• Support content creation and communications with PR agencies to ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills:

• Experience in marketing, communications, or branding (preferably in education or related industries).

• Strong project management skills, including experience with Monday.com or similar tools.

• Hands-on experience in social media marketing, campaign execution, and content creation.

• Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of PR, media relations, and digital advertising is a plus.
