Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dubai. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving sales growth and maximizing client satisfaction.

Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product or service solutions

Maintain regular follow-up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty

Manage customer data and interactions through CRM tools to optimize communication and track performance

Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and persuasive communication

Provide timely support and address customer concerns to enhance retention

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to support informed client conversations

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery
Desired Candidate Profile:

1–5 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to close deals and maintain lasting client relationships

Experience using CRM systems is a plus

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player

Nationality: Indian, Tunisian, Syrian, or Turkmen preferred

Education: Secondary School or Bachelor’s Degree
