Manager – Asset Managemen

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Manager – Asset Management to lead maintenance readiness activities, ensuring asset and operational readiness for transport and logistics systems, particularly within rail and metro networks. The role involves managing O&M manuals, compliance with handover requirements, and overseeing major programs to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Maintenance Readiness activities for asset management and maintenance scheduling.

  • Manage the collation, review, and engagement with suppliers for O&M manuals across various programs.

  • Ensure compliance with handover requirements by collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and end-users.

  • Develop Risk-Based Training Needs Analysis (RBTNA) for OEM systems and type approvals.

  • Oversee the delivery of major programs, ensuring asset and operational readiness.

  • Design and implement governance processes to track progress and report at senior stakeholder meetings.

  • Represent operational readiness across various forums and deputize for senior management.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in asset management, operational readiness, and maintenance of rail networks.

Desired Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Asset Delivery and Operational Readiness for Rail Networks.

  • Strong planning and governance skills within rail network operations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.

  • Capable of interacting with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and clients effectively.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

  • Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes.
