Kingston Stanley is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead sales efforts for FMCG products within the Hotels and Restaurants (HORECA) sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, developing strong relationships in the hospitality industry, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to drive revenue in the HORECA sector.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, and key accounts.

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and market trends, reporting key metrics to senior management.

  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and refine sales strategies accordingly.

  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events to build business.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years in FMCG or beverage sales within the HORECA sector.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.

  • Networking Abilities: Established relationships in the HORECA sector.

  • Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build rapport (Arabic speaker preferred).

  • Self-Starter & Goal-Oriented: Results-driven focus and initiative.

  • Regional Knowledge: Understanding of local market dynamics and business practices is a plus.
