About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead wholesale sales initiatives for a rapidly growing European fashion accessories brand in the MENA region. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in fashion wholesale and a passion for accessories.

You will be the primary liaison for existing retail partners while actively identifying and onboarding new clients. With an eye for market trends and commercial opportunities, your insights will be critical in shaping sales strategies and expanding brand presence across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across the MENA region.

• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in line with brand objectives.

• Attend seasonal collection launches, present product lines, and offer expert insights on regional trends.

• Act as a brand ambassador in client meetings, events, and trade shows.

• Work collaboratively with the Country Sales Manager to develop regional sales strategies and performance reports.

• Monitor competitor activity and market shifts to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

• Assist with budget preparation, sales forecasting, and out-of-store data analysis.

• Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support, market intelligence, and post-sale service.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar wholesale fashion role within the UAE.

• Background in fashion accessories wholesale is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and expanding market share.

• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the MENA fashion retail landscape.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Must currently be based in the UAE.
