Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with a strong background in plywood and building materials to join our team in the UAE. This role is strictly for candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ industry experience and a valid UAE driving license. Candidates not meeting these criteria will not be considered.

Products to Sell:

• Plain MDF, MR MDF, FR MDF, Marine PLY (Rockplex)

• Melamine MDF

• Gypsum Ceiling Tiles

• Marine PLY (Design PLY, Q-PLEX, NOVA PLEX, Green Plex)

• Stud Track, Furring Channels, Wall Angles

• Fiber Joint Tape, Mesh Tape, Metal Corner Tape

• Commercial Plywood (JPIC Malaysia)

• Whitewood

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and traders

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

• Provide in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in plywood and building materials

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license

• Proven sales and negotiation skills

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets

• Strong knowledge of local market trends and customer needs
