We are looking for a passionate and experienced Inbound Travel Consultant to join our Dubai-based travel agency. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Dubai’s travel scene and a strong background in creating customized travel experiences for both individual and corporate clients. You will play a key role in crafting seamless and memorable journeys, from inquiry to booking and post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements to Dubai, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.

• Design personalized itineraries tailored to client interests, preferences, and budgets.

• Offer expert advice on Dubai’s attractions, local culture, dining, shopping, and hidden gems.

• Handle bookings and logistics, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and partners.

• Provide prompt support via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and client concerns.

• Foster long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.

• Negotiate with local service providers to secure competitive rates and high-quality services.

• Stay updated on travel trends, Dubai tourism updates, and visa regulations.

• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client travel experiences.

• Maintain accurate client records and bookings using CRM and travel management systems.

• Meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, ideally focused on inbound tours to Dubai.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai tourism, attractions, hotel offerings, and activities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a knack for building rapport and trust.

• Proficiency in booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
