Zutari, a leading engineering consultancy, is looking for a Proposal Consultant to join its Dubai office. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who excel in developing high-quality proposals, managing pursuits, and supporting business development efforts in the Middle East market. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and manage proposals for the Middle East region

• Analyze RFPs and client requests to define submission requirements

• Conduct project, client, and market research

• Participate in go/no-go decisions and develop winning strategies

• Coordinate and format proposal inputs from technical experts

• Customize CVs, case studies, and non-technical content

• Liaise with graphic designers for visual content

• Ensure proposal compliance with client requirements

• Assist in commercial offer development and internal governance

• Manage full proposal lifecycle including reviews and timely submissions

• Contribute to post-submission reviews and team knowledge sharing

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or related field

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (proposals, BD, marketing, etc.)

• Preferably from professional services firms (engineering, consulting, legal)

• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint

• Strong writing/editing skills; technical writing exposure a plus

• Familiar with document layout and corporate governance standards

• APMP certification is a plus
