Job Summary:

A leading travel and tourism company in Deira, Dubai is hiring energetic Telesales Executives to promote its travel-related services. This entry-level role is ideal for female candidates who are passionate about sales, customer service, and the travel industry. You will play a key role in connecting with potential clients and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote travel services including hotel bookings, flight tickets, local activities, insurance, and transport.

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate travel packages.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.

• Follow up on customer inquiries to close deals and ensure satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Address customer objections professionally and close sales confidently.

• Provide outstanding service to build customer loyalty.
