Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on property investments based on current market analysis

  • Generate leads through cold-calling, presentations, and networking

  • Promote properties via listings, open houses, and industry events

  • Ensure accurate and compliant property listings

  • Conduct property viewings with company-arranged transportation

  • Analyze market data to evaluate property values

  • Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers

  • Manage real estate documentation in compliance with UAE regulations

  • Monitor market trends and collaborate with the marketing team for digital campaigns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy personality

  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
