• Pirelli is hiring a Pricing and Demand Planning Coordinator to join their Dubai office. This hybrid role is central to driving strategic pricing initiatives and supporting demand forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in pricing, demand planning, or related analytical roles, with strong exposure to SAP, Excel, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth forecast analysis and implement predictive models for demand planning.

• Collect and analyze market intelligence, track competitor performance, and prepare market share reports.

• Evaluate commercial variances to improve pricing effectiveness.

• Collaborate with sales teams to align pricing with sales targets.

• Manage stock and sell-out reporting, ensuring optimal inventory tracking.

• Support business reviews by preparing performance presentations and reports.

• Analyze e-pool reports and generate actionable pricing insights.

• Review price requests to ensure alignment with profitability goals.

• Estimate market trends and analyze competitor market share.

• Upload and manage price records in SAP systems accurately.

• Assist in preparing customer contracts and ensure compliance with pricing policies.

• Conduct accrual checks and sales report analysis to support planning accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (Advanced degree or certification is a plus)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in SAP and market intelligence tools

• Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling cross-functional tasks

Preferred Competencies:

• Deep knowledge of market dynamics and pricing strategy development

• Experience turning complex data into actionable insights
