eINDUSTRIFY is looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical programs in power generation, oil & gas, and industrial services sectors. The role involves managing multiple cross-functional workstreams, optimizing resources, implementing standardized processes, and overseeing global project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning and execution of technical programs across multiple sites (EPC, O&M, and field services).

Maintain project health visibility, resource planning, financials, risks, and deliverables.

Implement and manage standardized tools for tracking, milestone reporting, and performance monitoring.
-
Drive process improvement to ensure operational excellence and workflow efficiency.
-
Provide forecasting and reporting to stakeholders, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
-
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations, field services, and IT teams.
-
Oversee vendor coordination, inspections, and field implementation activities.
-
Contribute to digital tools integration, including project management platforms, ERP systems, and analytics.

Liaise between leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders for clarity and alignment.

Participate in design reviews, inspections, testing, and commissioning processes when needed.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in project/program management in oil & gas, utilities, or industrial services.
-
Experience managing both field-based technical projects and digital initiatives.
-
Strong knowledge of engineering systems and industrial workflows (e.g., turbines, switchgear).

Proficiency in resource forecasting, budgeting, and program-level KPI reporting.
-
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
-
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, and ERP systems.
-
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Experience with global technical teams, equipment deployment, and large-scale project delivery.

Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
