• Procter & Gamble is offering a unique opportunity for university undergraduates to gain hands-on experience in the finance field within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company. This internship will provide insights into business development, financial decision-making, and strategy development. Interns will work on projects related to financial analysis, product launches, and exploring new business channels, while also receiving continuous coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze competitors to refine business strategies.

• Work on new product launches and assess the financial impacts with brand and sales teams.

• Explore business opportunities within new channels like E-commerce and Discounters.

• Improve cost competitiveness for manufacturing activities.

Qualifications:

• University undergraduates completing their degree between June 2026 – January 2027.

• UAE Nationals preferred, GCC Nationals or UAE residents with at least 6 months of validity from internship start date are also eligible.

• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and non-academic activities.

• Leadership skills and strong analytical capability.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
