We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of 250–300 existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and providing exceptional client service across business setup, accounting, tax, and visa services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention

• Drive revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling of business services

• Actively identify and convert new lead opportunities to support business growth targets

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and service excellence

• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with speed and professionalism

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to boost performance

• 1–5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or account management role
