• Lalamove is looking for a Driver Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the driver supply for their UAE operations. The role requires a strong focus on driver acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and process improvement. As part of a fast-growing global logistics company, the ideal candidate will manage and build a team, while developing and enforcing operational standards to ensure efficient driver operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee driver acquisition and onboarding, ensuring an efficient and well-supplied driver network.

• Lead community and retention activities to engage with driver-partners and build trust across the UAE.

• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain smooth driver operations and solve issues.

• Track the performance of the driver operations team, implement corrective actions, and improve service quality.

• Manage a team of driver operations leads and associates, ensuring efficient local operations.

• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and enforce operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of operational/leadership experience, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.

• At least 3 years of team management experience, including leading multiple functions/verticals.

• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and collaborating with headquarters (Hong Kong).

• Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.

• Strong business acumen with a positive, results-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
