Sales Manager – Multiproducts

  • Join Emirates NBD as a Sales Manager for Multiproducts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales acquisition of credit cards, personal finance products, and bank accounts. You’ll lead a team, supervise KIOSK setups, and ensure cross-selling of bank products while maintaining adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for credit cards, personal finance products, and bank accounts.

  • Supervise team performance and ensure adherence to processes and targets.

  • Drive cross-selling and provide market intelligence feedback.

  • Mentor and train team members for top-tier customer service and satisfaction.

  • Supervise KIOSK setups and ensure they meet sales targets.

  • Report daily team data, including submissions, approvals, and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly with credit cards, personal finance, and bank accounts.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Well-versed in banking rules and regulations.
