• TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive success in the Services sector (Banking, Fintech, Telco, Entertainment). This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, optimizing performance-based campaigns, and delivering data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in TikTok’s advertising products, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both English and Turkish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships within the Services vertical.

• Support Business Partnership Managers in pre-sale research and strategy development.

• Create and optimize advertising strategies across TikTok’s product suite, including performance and branding solutions.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to clients.

• Conduct business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to build long-term relationships.

• Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, provide feedback, and support product development.

• Ensure smooth campaign execution in collaboration with the Ad Operations and Organic teams.

• Foster the adoption of TikTok’s auction platform and advertising tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in performance-based campaign management.

• Expertise in user acquisition, performance marketing, and social media platforms.

• Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer).

• Fluent in both English and Turkish.

• Strong technical understanding of digital marketing technologies and integrations.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with experience in account management.
