• FAAC Technologies, a world leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, is seeking a Technical Service Specialist based in Dubai. This role involves providing technical support and after-sales assistance, managing service requests, troubleshooting, and conducting technical training sessions for customers and distributors. The position also includes handling annual maintenance contracts and coordinating technical team activities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for service requests via phone and email.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients and distributors.

• Offer remote and onsite troubleshooting assistance for product and installation issues.

• Coordinate technical team activities, including onsite visits and training.

• Manage service tickets and ensure timely resolution.

• Assist with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and PPM activities.

• Conduct technical training sessions and ensure product knowledge transfer.

• Liaise with HQ for product-related inquiries and recurring fault reporting.

• Oversee warranty management and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes.

• Follow up on older installations to check maintenance status and performance.

• Assist with preparing technical reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in the automation or construction industry.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

• Strong leadership and task management abilities.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
