Responsibilities:

• Handle real estate sales, investment deals, and client management.

• Provide expert guidance on real estate investments, particularly in Georgia.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transaction for clients.

• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.

• Offer excellent customer service and develop long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a developer or 5 years in real estate brokerage.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic and Hindi speakers are preferred.

• Proven sales record in real estate and client management.

• Knowledge of real estate investments, especially in Georgia, is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
