Job Title: HR Recruiter 

Job Description:

Be You Clinic, a well-established and growing medical clinic in Dubai, is looking to hire a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our human resources team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a range of roles across our clinical and administrative departments. You will play a key role in supporting the clinic’s growth by ensuring we hire top talent who align with our values and standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.

• Post job ads on appropriate job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.

• Promote employer branding to attract top healthcare professionals.

• Coordinate with HR and operations for a smooth onboarding process.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and clinic policies throughout hiring procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the healthcare or clinical sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
