• Kitopi, a leading food-tech company and creator of magical food experiences, is seeking a Performance Marketing & CRM Manager to drive brand growth through performance marketing strategies and customer relationship management. The role involves overseeing paid advertising, SEO, SEM, content development, and conversion rate optimization, as well as managing a marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly brand growth targets.

• Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and more.

• Manage SEO/SEM efforts and content development to drive organic and paid traffic.

• Handle budget allocation and optimize marketing spend for better ROI.

• Provide regular analytics and reporting on campaign performance.

• Work with the UX/UI team to improve website conversion rates.

• Manage affiliate marketing relationships to drive customer acquisition.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills / Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or meal plans.

• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital advertising platforms.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
