Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning financial planning with company objectives, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

This senior-level role requires deep financial expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to influence key business decisions through insightful financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive the financial vision and strategic planning to support long-term business objectives.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with local regulations and internal standards.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Create comprehensive annual budgets and forecasts in partnership with executive leadership.

• Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Ensure strong working capital and liquidity for smooth business operations.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks to ensure organizational stability.

• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee full adherence to UAE financial laws, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

• Financial Systems Optimization: Enhance internal financial processes, systems, and reporting tools for maximum efficiency.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering professional growth and accountability.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver strategic financial insights and reporting to stakeholders, investors, and board members.

• Mergers & Acquisitions Support: Provide financial due diligence, valuation, and integration strategies for M&A opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in financial leadership roles

• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities

• Deep understanding of UAE regulatory and tax landscape

• Proven leadership with the ability to build and manage teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s or CPA/CA preferred)

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and business acumen
