Account Executive (SaaS Sales)
Meltwater Dubai , UAE
  • Meltwater is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (SaaS Sales) to join their high-performing team in Dubai. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for technology, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with the Sales Director to drive new business opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and deliver innovative SaaS solutions to mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities within the mid-market segment through outreach and collaboration with business development and marketing teams.

  • Deliver impactful product demos and tailored sales presentations to prospects.

  • Create customized proposals addressing client needs and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor during the purchasing journey, managing solution presentations and pricing discussions.

  • Negotiate contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and close deals at competitive pricing.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and customer onboarding processes.

  • Skilled in lead generation, account management, and pipeline development.

  • Experience in SaaS or tech-based sales preferred.

  • Legally eligible to work in the UAE.

  • Willingness to work 3 days a week on-site (hybrid role).
