Safety Engineer
Bin Hanif Construction LLC Dubai , UAE

We are seeking a qualified HSE Engineer with a strong background in health and safety compliance, particularly in road and construction safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in the UAE and be responsible for ensuring that safety standards and regulations are met across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with UAE safety laws.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards.

  • Ensure proper installation and maintenance of safety equipment.

  • Investigate workplace incidents and develop preventive measures.

  • Analyze operational procedures and provide safety recommendations.

  • Lead safety training programs and awareness campaigns for employees.

  • Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering (Safety, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).

  • NEBOSH certification (mandatory).

  • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in construction or road safety.

  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment and hazard control measures.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting tools.

  • Ability to stay calm and make decisions under emergency situations.

Job Details:

  • Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
