Qashio is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage and enhance client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and retention. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify customer pain points, propose solutions, and drive satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trust and rapport.
🔹 Analyze customer journeys to help them overcome challenges and achieve business goals.
🔹 Implement strategies to improve retention, solve issues, and drive satisfaction.
🔹 Proactively suggest product solutions to enhance customer experience and business growth.
🔹 Act as a strategic advisor, accurately forecasting customer needs.
🔹 Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customers are fully engaged with Qashio’s solutions.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Product, Support, and Sales) to ensure seamless service.
🔹 Monitor and update customer success metrics.
🔹 Oversee the functional integration of Qashio with clients’ ERP systems.

Requirements:

✔ 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or product management.
✔ Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency.
✔ Strong skills in communication, strategic planning, and project management.
✔ FinTech expertise with an understanding of accounting software and expense management systems.
✔ Experience using customer success software, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
✔ A bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in business or related fields is a plus.
✔ Strong relationship management skills and a problem-solving attitude.
