We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Holiday Homes Reservation Agent to handle guest bookings, manage property listings, and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in holiday home reservations and a strong understanding of online booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and payments efficiently.

• Optimize booking calendars to maximize occupancy and revenue.

• List and maintain property profiles on Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut.

• Coordinate smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.

• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for property readiness.

• Address guest concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• UAE resident with relevant experience in holiday home reservations.

• Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle platforms.

• Background in hospitality, reservations, or customer service.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
