Job Title: Brand Development Manager – Beauty Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Development Manager to lead and expand our fast-growing beauty brand in the UAE and across the GCC region. This is a full-time opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who is ready to take our brand to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive brand growth and market presence.

• Lead and manage marketing and brand development activities to enhance brand visibility.

• Build and scale an in-house marketing team to support brand initiatives.

• Expand the brand’s reach by securing partnerships with key beauty retailers in the GCC.

• Plan and execute brand events, activations, and campaigns to boost customer engagement.

• Drive social media and influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness.

• Work independently and proactively to achieve business growth objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in brand development, preferably in the beauty industry.

• Market Knowledge: Strong network and experience working with GCC beauty retailers.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and implement brand growth strategies.

• Execution Skills: Hands-on approach to marketing, events, and activations.

• Passion for Beauty: Self-driven, organized, and enthusiastic about the industry.
