Job Title: English Teacher – IB & British Curriculum

Job Description:

Amourion Training Institute, a leading academic support center in Dubai, is looking for experienced and passionate English teachers to join our team at SZR and JLT locations. We specialize in providing top-tier education for IB (MYP & DP) and British curriculum (IGCSE & A-Level) students across multiple schools in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons aligned with IB and British curriculum standards.

• Develop lesson plans and assessments that meet curriculum objectives.

• Provide personalized support and feedback to enhance student learning outcomes.

• Guide students in analytical thinking, critical writing, and literary analysis.

• Prepare students for IB DP, MYP, IGCSE, and A-Level English exams, including mock tests and past paper reviews.

• Assist students in HL Essays and Individual Oral (IO) preparation for IB assessments.

• Stay updated on curriculum changes and exam requirements.

• Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously enhance the learning experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-5 years of teaching experience in IB and/or British curriculum.

• Assessment Knowledge: Familiarity with IB assessment criteria and British curriculum exam structures.

• Classroom Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement abilities.

• Flexibility: Ability to teach in person as per the institute’s requirements.
