AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Sustainability Consultant with expertise in green building certifications such as LEED, ESTIDAMA, and WELL to join their team in Dubai. This role involves managing sustainability projects, ensuring compliance with environmental standards, and working on various sustainability certifications throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will work with project teams, contractors, and clients to achieve sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate sustainability certification requirements and progress to project teams.

• Review design drawings, materials, and specifications to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.

• Prepare documentation to maintain sustainability KPIs and certifications (LEED, Estidama, WELL, etc.).

• Conduct site audits, sustainability inspections, and meetings with contractors and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with MEP/Civil engineers and support contractors in achieving sustainability goals.

• Review technical submittals and material samples for compliance with sustainability specifications.

• Report sustainability performance to clients and authorities.

• Ensure sustainability requirements are met through effective management and corrective actions.

• Promote the company’s sustainability services and support business growth opportunities.

• Coach junior staff and raise awareness on sustainability practices across all disciplines.

Job Requirements:

• B.Eng/B.Tech Degree in a relevant field.

• 8-10 years of experience in sustainability consulting with a strong track record in green building certifications (LEED, Estidama, WELL, etc.).

• ESTIDAMA PQP (PBRS & PCRS) and LEED AP certifications are mandatory.

• WELL AP certification (either obtained or in process) is highly desirable.

• Extensive knowledge of various green building certifications like GSAS, MOSTADAM, and CEEQUAL.

• Strong experience in delivering construction stage projects within Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

• Excellent communication, narrative writing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage sustainability audits, inspections, and reporting.
