BPP is expanding its international presence by establishing a BPP University branch in Dubai to strengthen relationships with global student recruitment agents. The Agent Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing commercial strategies, managing agent partnerships, and driving international student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with student recruitment agents.

• Set and monitor targets for student recruitment growth across key markets.

• Conduct market visits to support marketing events and agent partnerships.

• Provide market feedback and insights to inform strategy and product development.

• Maintain strong relationships with key agents, offering sales support and product knowledge.

• Monitor agent performance and compliance with quality frameworks and brand guidelines.

• Oversee data management in Salesforce and analyze performance trends.

• Travel internationally to key recruitment markets as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Experience in international student recruitment.

• Strong understanding of the UK Higher Education sector and global markets.

• Commercial acumen with the ability to achieve financial targets.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Office 365.

• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
