🛍 Customer Engagement & Sales:

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

• Understand customer preferences and recommend luxury products accordingly.

• Drive sales and achieve individual & store targets.

🎯 Product Knowledge & Upselling:

• Stay updated on luxury fashion trends and product collections.

• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and brand heritage.

• Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the customer shopping experience.

🏬 Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising:

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.

• Assist in stock management and replenishment.

• Support in-store marketing activities and events.
