Job Overview:

We are hiring an Estimation Engineer / Presales / Post-Sales Engineer specializing in Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design, estimation, and value engineering of safety systems, as well as a deep understanding of NFPA/UAE regulations. This role requires expertise in technical documentation, project coordination, and client interactions for pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Estimation: Perform detailed engineering and estimation for Fire Alarm & Life Safety systems.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure system designs comply with NFPA standards and UAE regulations.

• Technical Calculations: Proficiency in Lux calculations, Aspire Calculations, and related software.

• Document Review & Validation: Analyze BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy before estimation.

• Supplier & Manufacturer Coordination: Work closely with manufacturers and local suppliers for technical documentation and support.

• Proposal Preparation: Develop techno-commercial proposals based on project requirements and specifications.

• Project Coordination:

  • Work with Drafting and Post-Sales teams for shop drawings and technical submittals.

  • Ensure all approvals and documentation are in place for seamless project execution.

  • Prepare final proposals aligned with approved technical submittals and ERP orders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: BTech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.

• Work Mode: On-site (Dubai Office).

• Joining Requirement: Immediate to 30 Days.

• System Expertise:

  • ELV Systems: CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Lighting, Public Address.

  • Fire Life Safety (FLS) Systems: Fire Alarm, Central Battery.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in AutoCAD, Lux calculations, and Aspire Calculations software.

  • Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems for project order management.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
