Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and professional laundry services to guests.

• Follow all fire and safety procedures while maintaining high hygiene standards.

• Attend departmental training sessions to enhance skills and service quality.

• Protect garments from damage, shrinkage, and color fading.

• Identify proper laundering processes based on fabric care labels.

• Operate laundry machinery, including washing machines, dryers, and dry-cleaning machines.

• Apply appropriate chemicals and formulas for laundering processes.

• Inspect garments for damages or items left in pockets before laundering.

• Ensure timely collection, processing, and return of guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services.

• Conduct quality checks at every stage: washing, drying, ironing, and folding.

• Maintain accurate laundry records, including guest preferences and special instructions.

• Create laundry requisitions for supplies, chemicals, and stationery for supervisor approval.

• Keep laundry areas, equipment, and carts clean and organized at all times.

• Maintain a professional appearance, greet guests warmly, and uphold exceptional service standards.

• Monitor and manage the stock level of cleaning supplies.

• Assist the Housekeeping Management with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary school or higher

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a 5-star hotel or industrial laundry setting

• Skills: Ability to work in a culturally diverse team, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of laundry operations
