Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Stores Clerks to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing parts inventory, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and coordinating logistics. If you have 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in supply chain or the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain optimum stock levels to support uninterrupted business operations.

• Create and update article master data to ensure system accuracy.

• Manage the supply of parts across all branches to meet sales and customer requirements.

• Monitor and analyze parts movement trends to determine reorder levels.

• Ensure proper maintenance of the warehouse and transport vehicles.

• Assist in processing insurance claims for transit damage or discrepancies.

• Track incoming shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse regulatory and safety requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Automotive field.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience; at least 1 year in a similar position.

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Results-driven with a methodical and analytical approach.
