The successful candidate will work with primary students including Students of Determination, Gifted & Talented, English Language Learners, and Emirati students. The role demands a strong academic background, a growth mindset, and a passion for inclusion and student development.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and differentiate learning for diverse student needs

Work across primary years with students requiring additional learning support

Use technology and innovative teaching practices to enhance the classroom experience

Foster positive relationships and inclusive classroom culture

Participate in school life including ECAs and wider campus initiatives
Candidate Requirements:

B.Ed. or B.A. with PGCE and QTS
-
Skilled in global best educational practices

Tech-savvy and innovative teaching approach

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Passion for student development and inclusive education

Previous or aspiring Middle Leaders encouraged to apply (mention subject area and past MLT experience)
